Isossy Children offers clothes that are literally hand-made to order. This does not mean that we don’t keep stock, but we only keep low levels.  For this reason we ask for your patience in waiting for your orders. We aim to get items dispatched within a 10 day window, max.  We offer a number of different shipping options to suit your personal needs, and you may select your preferred option on the final billing page.

UK Standard Delivery is currently offered to our UK customers at no charge for orders over £100.00 in value. Orders are usually delivered within 3 business days but sometimes external factors beyond our control may cause some delay and you should therefore allow up to 7 days for delivery. Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between 8.00am-10.00pm. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please note that we may not be able to specify a particular delivery time.

UK Next Day Delivery is a next day service, with orders delivered Monday to Friday between 8.00am-10.00pm. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please note that we may not be able to specify a particular delivery time.

In order to qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday. Orders processed after this time, or on a Friday, will be delivered the following working day.

Europe Delivery is offered to all European customers at no charge for orders over £120.00 in value.  It is a 3-5 (business) day delivery service. However, occasionally external factors beyond our control may cause some delay and you should therefore allow up to 7 days for delivery. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please note that we are not able to specify a particular delivery day or time.

Rest of World Delivery is offered to all Worldwide customers at no charge for orders over £200.00 in value.  It is a 7-10 (business) day delivery service. However, occasionally external factors beyond our control may cause some delay and you should therefore allow up to 10 days for delivery. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please note that we are not able to specify a particular delivery day or time.

 

General Shipping Information

Please note that order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, address verification or order processing. Your order will only be despatched once payment authorisation and address verification have been received.

Delivery schedules are estimated to the best of our ability, and actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. Whilst we use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your chosen delivery option, occasionally external factors may cause unforeseen delays. Therefore, please ensure that you make your order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this.

Orders will usually only be delivered to the address you have stated when placing your order. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been despatched, please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us.

We are unable to ship to Post Office boxes as we require a signature upon receipt of order.

In the very rare circumstances that we are unable to fulfil your order as an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Insurance

Please note that all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Isossy Children to the shipping address. Once the items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Multiple Shipments

Please note that we are unable to ship to more than one address per order. Therefore, if your purchase comprises multiple items shipping to different addresses, you will unfortunately need to place the order separately.

If your purchase comprises multiple items shipping to the same address, we will endeavour to despatch the entire order in one shipment. However, occasionally we may be waiting for one or more item(s) to arrive in stock from our suppliers. In these circumstances, one or more item(s) may be despatched separately.

Gift Shipments

In the case of gift orders, you may ship directly to the recipient's address rather than your own. Simply specify the required delivery address where indicated and select your preferred shipping option. Each gift will arrive beautifully wrapped in our Isossy Children packaging with a personalised message from you, should you request it.

Please be assured that no pricing information will be enclosed in the packaging delivered to the recipient.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after you have placed your order, please contact us immediately to ascertain your order status. If your order has already been despatched, we will not be able to redirect it. However, if your order has not yet been despatched, we may under certain circumstances be able to change the delivery address. Please note that you will not be able to change the delivery address online.

Returns

 

We want you to feel confident that your satisfaction is our top priority when you order from us, therefore we hope to make the returns process as simple as possible for you.  For this reason, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange, provided that the items are shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt. We know that returning things can be a hassle so we have simplified it to make it a very easy, convenient and, for our customers. 

Please place the item(s), wrapped in the original tissue paper, in the original wrapping.

PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the items or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept back any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set out above.

Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. In certain circumstances, items received outside of this time frame may be accepted by us for return, but this will be at our sole discretion, and will only be refunded as an Isossy Children credit note.

 

You will receive e-mail notification upon completion of returns processing. 

All returns for any particular order must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping costs.

Please note that the item(s) remains your responsibility until it is received by us, as we do not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit. For your own protection, we therefore recommend that our UK customers obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office that insures you against the value of the items.  We advise our International customers to use a registered mail carrier or tracking service for their return.

 

Receiving a Refund

Provided that the items you are returning are undamaged and you have correctly followed the steps outlined above, we will issue a full refund, including sales taxes if applicable, but excluding original delivery charge. 

Refunds will credited to you in the original tender (debit card, credit card or credit note) and will be processed within 28 days of us receiving the items back into stock. 


Making an Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item, please specify your preferred item name, size and colour.  We will endeavour to reserve the item for you, provided it is currently in stock or have it made for you.

Exchanged items will be dispatched to you as soon as the returned items have been received, undergone a quality control test, and any additional payment that may be required has been made. 

If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Isossy Children we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement to you. 


Returning A Sale Item

The returns policy for sale items is exactly as set out above. The only exception is that sale items must be shipped back to us within 3 days from the date of delivery. 

Returning A Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty, please contact us immediately, quoting your order number and details of the product you wish to return. 

You should then proceed as if the item were a standard return and follow the procedure as set out above. 

Please note that faulty items will only be accepted if the items are delivered to the customer damaged.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to be subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as such. 

In the event that an item is returned  because of a valid quality issue, Isossy Children  will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement to you. However, in the event that an unwarranted item is returned, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of the returns delivery.

 

General Information

Please note that we will not accept any non-faulty items that have been worn or where the original tags have been removed. We therefore strongly advise you to check your garments carefully upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, please notify us on the same day if you wish to return.
